​Canitize USA Dumpster Rental Agreement

This Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Canitize USA ("Company") and the Customer ("Customer"), and it governs the terms and conditions of dumpster rental services provided by Canitize USA. By ordering a dumpster, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and the laws of the State of Florida in effect at the time of the order.

1. Service Terms

Service Notice
The Customer agrees to provide at least one (1) business day notice for any dumpster service request (including delivery, exchange, termination, or relocation). If a service request is made after 12 p.m. (noon), Canitize USA cannot guarantee service on the following business day. Delays may occur due to inclement weather, traffic conditions, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Blocked Dumpster
If the dumpster is blocked or inaccessible—due to locked gates, obstacles, or any other obstruction—Canitize USA will charge a $225 No Service Fee. The dumpster will not be delivered or picked up until access is cleared.

2. Prohibited Waste

The Customer agrees not to place hazardous or toxic waste in the dumpster. Such materials are illegal to dispose of in a standard dumpster and pose a significant environmental and legal risk. Prohibited waste includes, but is not limited to:

Industrial waste
Asbestos, septic tanks & waste
Paint, cleaning solutions, pesticides, solvents
Biomedical waste, batteries, propane tanks
Appliances with Freon (e.g., refrigerators, air conditioners)
Electronics (e.g., TVs, computers, monitors, radios)
Hazardous waste (e.g., fluorescent bulbs, ballasts with PCB)
Tires, oil filters, and any waste deemed hazardous by local or federal laws

If Canitize USA finds prohibited waste in the dumpster, we reserve the right to either:

Return the waste to the Customer, with a $225 Return Charge
Dispose of the hazardous waste at the Customer's expense, subject to additional disposal fees

3. Equipment Use & Responsibility

Ownership & Care
All equipment, including dumpsters, provided by Canitize USA remains the property of the company. The Customer assumes responsibility for the care, custody, and control of the equipment while it is on-site. The Customer must:

Use the equipment only for its intended purpose
Not move or alter the equipment
Ensure unobstructed access to the equipment for scheduled pick-up

Property Damage
Canitize USA is not responsible for any damage to the Customer's property, including walkways, driveways, curbs, landscaping, or underground utilities, resulting from the delivery or removal of the dumpster. The Customer warrants that the property is able to support the weight of the dumpster and any equipment used in service.

Lawn Damage
During construction or clean-up projects, damage to lawns or landscaping may occur. Canitize USA does not offer repairs for such damage.

4. Dumpster Loading

Overfilled Dumpsters
The Customer agrees not to overfill the dumpster beyond the "Max Load" line. Overfilled dumpsters are a safety hazard and may be subject to a $225 No Service Fee. If the dumpster is overfilled, the Customer will be responsible for removing excess debris down to the "Max Load" line before pick-up.

Overweight Dumpsters
Canitize USA reserves the right to refuse to pick up dumpsters that are estimated to exceed 18,000 pounds in weight. If the dumpster is overweight, the Customer will be required to reduce the load to comply with weight limits. A $225 No Service Fee will apply.

5. Daily Rental Fees

Each dumpster rental includes a set number of days as indicated on our website or in the email confirmation. After the included rental period, a $15 per day charge will apply for each additional day the dumpster is kept beyond the agreed rental period. If the dumpster is emptied and returned, the next rental period will start as a new rental.

6. Indemnity

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Canitize USA from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from bodily injury (including death), property damage, or violations of the law due to:

  • The Customer’s breach of this Agreement
  • The Customer’s negligence, omission, or willful misconduct


Neither party shall be liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the performance or non-performance of this Agreement.

By ordering a dumpster from Canitize USA, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
